How does our pricing work?
We know all businesses are unique, and so is our pricing.
Your bespoke quote from us will include everything you need to start, grow or scale your business. We build a package based on what you need, and how often you need it.
There are no surprise bills, and you can give us a call whenever you need help or advice.
We have some indicative pricing packages below, based on our experiences of working with different sized companies.
Limited Company Pricing
Compliance: from £150 + VAT
Our basic compliance packages for Limited Companies will give you peace of mind that everything is taken care of.
And if you want to add on Management Accounts or a one-off Annual Budget, that's no problem.
Our Basic Compliance Package starts at £150 + VAT a month, and comprises:
- Weekly Bookkeeping
- Annual Accounts & Corporation Tax
- Monthly Director's Payroll
- Company Secretarial
- Digital Accounting Software package suited to your business needs
Start Ups: from £500 + VAT
We love working with Start Ups - having started our own business we know what it entails!
Our package for Start Ups and Scaling Businesses starts from £500 + VAT per month, and includes:
- Weekly Bookkeeping
- Quarterly VAT Returns
- Quarterly Management Accounts
- Annual Accounts & Corporation Tax
- Monthly Payroll up to 5 employees
- Company Secretarial
- Xero & Dext software
Scaling Businesses: from £1,500 + VAT
As you look to grow your business and seek investment, we know you'll need someone looking after the numbers. Bright Beany can offer a full compliance package, alongside our Outsourced Finance Director service.
Pricing for this starts at £1,500 + VAT a month, and includes:
- Outsourced Finance Director (1/2 day a month)
- Quarterly Management Accounts
- Daily Bookkeeping
- Quarterly VAT Returns
- Annual Accounts & Corporation Tax
- Monthly Payroll up to 10 employees
- Company Secretarial

Outsourced Finance Function: from £2,000 + VAT

Sole Traders: from £65+ VAT
With Making Tax Digital around the corner, Sole Traders will need to ensure they are in compliance with the new rules.
Our Sole Trader package starts from £65 + VAT per month:
- Monthly Bookkeeping
- Sole Trader Accounts
- Self-Assessment
- Digital Accounting Software package to suit your business
Self-Assessment Only: from £250 + VAT
Our fee for a basic self-assessment starts at £250 + VAT - this includes employment income and dividends from your limited company.
Complex Self-Assessments including Self-Employments, Capital Gains range from £300 - £375 + VAT.
