Current Roles
Client Finance Associate
Supporting the delivery of our Virtual Finance Department service, this role would typically involve:
- Complete daily bookkeeping, keeping client records accurate and up to date
- Assisting with month‑end processes and management accounts
- Prepare year-end accounts
- Maintaining strong financial controls and reconciliations
- Working closely with senior team members to deliver accurate, timely reporting
Client Operations Manager
Focused on ensuring excellence behind the scenes, this role would involve:
- Overseeing workflow, systems, and process efficiency
- Managing capacity planning and team coordination
- Driving continuous improvement across our Virtual Finance Department model
- Supporting onboarding of new clients and team members
Client Financial Controller
A key delivery role within Bright Beany, responsible for:
- Owning the end‑to‑end management accounts process for a portfolio of clients
- Delivering insightful commentary and performance analysis
- Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for business owners and leadership teams
