Starting up, raising or selling?
Get the numbers ready for the big moments
Starting a business, raising investment and selling are the moments when the numbers matter most. Investors and buyers will test them. Banks will ask for forecasts. Mistakes made early are expensive to fix later.
Where we help
Starting up
Getting the basics right at the start saves a lot of time and money later. We set up Xero and Dext, register you for VAT and payroll as and when you need them, and can help shape your business plan so you know what you might need and when.
We're a good fit if you're planning to grow the business and want a finance partner alongside you.
Raising money
Investors and lenders will want to see a forecast, up-to-date management accounts and a clear plan for how the money will be used. We build the model, get your monthly reporting in shape and can handle EIS or SEIS advance assurance if you're raising from angel investors.
Selling
Buyers will go through your numbers in detail. If the records are messy or the figures don't hold up, it can lower the price or delay the deal. We tidy up the records, make sure the numbers stand up to questions and support you through due diligence.
Ideally, talk to us at least a year before you plan to sell.
