Compliance Pro covers all of that from £250 a month, including your accounting software, delivered by the same team that runs our Virtual Finance Departments. When you need more than compliance, you can step up without changing accountant.
What's included
Bookkeeping: Your transactions recorded and your bank reconciled in Xero, with receipts and bills captured in Dext.
Accounts and corporation tax: Year-end statutory accounts prepared under UK GAAP and filed at Companies House, plus your corporation tax return and a review of the reliefs you can claim.
VAT: VAT registration if you need it, quarterly Making Tax Digital returns filed from Xero, and advice on the VAT scheme that suits you.
Payroll: Monthly payroll, payslips, RTI submissions to HMRC, auto-enrolment pensions and year-end P11Ds.
Software: Xero and Dext included, set up properly and connected to your bank.
When to step up to VFD Core
Compliance Pro makes sure what has happened is recorded and reported correctly. When you start asking forward-looking questions, such as whether you can afford a hire or which clients make money, it is usually time for VFD Core. Same team, more support.
Pricing
Compliance Pro starts from £250 a month, including software. The price depends on your transaction volumes, VAT and the size of your payroll.

Common questions
Who is Compliance Pro for?
Limited companies, usually turning over £250k to £500k, that want their compliance done properly and expect to need more support as they grow. If you are a sole trader or only need a personal tax return, we are probably not the right fit.
How does switching to you work?
We contact your current accountant for the handover information we need, so you don't have to chase anyone. If you are moving to Xero or Dext, we plan the and handle the migration and can do a simple cutover, take 2 years of data for comparison or a custom migration if more is required.
Do I have to use Xero and Dext?
Yes. Both are included in the price and we set them up for you. Using the same software for every client is part of how we keep your books up to date and the price where it is.
What do I need to do each month?
Capture your receipts and bills in Dext and answer the occasional question from the team. We take care of the rest.
