During the month. We work alongside you, ensuring Xero is maintained, handling pay runs, chasing payments, running payroll and are available as projects or questions come up.

Close the month. We reconcile everything and check the numbers before anyone relies on them.

Report. Your management accounts and KPIs arrive with a commentary and insight on what changed and why.

Review. We go through the numbers together and agree the actions and decisions ahead.

Ad-hoc or project based support. We are available to support as things crop up, whether that is decision support, advice or something bigger, we will work with you to get what you need.
